The resort is building 18 new units next to the existing building. All hard construction is complete, but light construction still continues. Deluxe Studios may be more prone to noise from the work being done on the interiors, tiling and landscaping. The facilities of Princess Heights, including the pool, remain open.

This family-operated boutique condo hotel offers spacious studios, one and two-Bedroom luxury suites featuring balconies with ocean view, fully equipped gourmet kitchens, whirlpool tubs and finished with marble and granite throughout.
